A new step for NextGen
NextGen is on the eve of a new phase. We are building on what has been achieved over the past ten years, while at the same time taking steps to accelerate and innovate. "It feels like I'm boarding a train that is already traveling at full speed, but where there is also room to help steer the next step."
His arrival immediately gives shape to that next step. Falko brings commercial acumen, a fresh perspective on our proposition, and experience in growing organizations in dynamic markets. In doing so, he helps us to enter this new phase with focus and confidence.
What drives Falko
"I get energy from movement. From organizations that want to move forward, people who dare to take steps, and teams that make each other stronger." Falko started his career as a Supply Chain professional and grew from there into commerce and job placement.
“What drives me is making work meaningful: helping professionals grow, assisting clients in improving their processes, and working together to build sustainable results.”
First impression of NextGen
“That combination of professionalism and humanity is something you don't often come across.”
An important part of his first few weeks was getting to know the people and the culture. What immediately struck him was that "from day one, NextGen feels open and accessible. There is room to laugh, to ask questions, and to be yourself. No political games, no unnecessary hierarchy." What strikes Falko most is how quickly you become part of the whole: "People are warmly welcomed, information is easily shared, and everyone helps each other. You don't often find that combination of professionalism and humanity."
He also sees where NextGen stands out in terms of content:
- A clear proposition, built on the development and continuous improvement of professionals at client organizations.
- Genuine attention for professionals, beyond mere employability.
- A culture that invites building, not survival.
Growth as a direction
For Falko, growth goes beyond turnover or size: "It's about development, focus, and daring. Becoming better at what we do and how we do it. That fits with NextGen. We help professionals and organizations grow, so it makes sense that we make the same move internally." He looks forward to continuing to build together with the team: "With a committed team and customers who want to move forward. There are opportunities to create a clearer vision of the future, give the brand new energy, and make professionals proud of where they work."
His goal for the first year is clear: "If I can achieve one thing, it is that NextGen stands even more clearly for growth, quality, and humanity. If everyone feels that we are moving forward, with a clear direction and a solid foundation, then this new era will have gotten off to a good start."
