Packaging Team Leader

For Vivera in Holten, part of The Vegetarian Butcher Collective, we are looking for a Packaging Team Leader. A versatile role in an organization that is growing, innovating and automating.
Packaging team leader at Vivera
As Packaging Shift Leader, you will lead a team of operators, assistant shift leaders and packers. You ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly, that targets are met and that everyone enjoys their work.
You are responsible for the daily management of production for safety, quality and productivity. Together with your team you will monitor progress and make adjustments where necessary. Improvement is in your blood; stagnation is regression. In collaboration with the CI Engineer and Packaging Engineer you work on improvement projects within themes such as 5S, Lean and Kaizen. Automation and innovation are topics in which you are actively involved. There are already ongoing automation projects that you will be part of.
In addition, you are a coach for your people. You motivate and guide employees, both permanent colleagues and temporary workers, to develop further. You ensure that everyone feels seen and knows what is expected of them. You are the connecting factor within a modern production environment where technology, people and sustainability come together.

What do you own?
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level and have experience in a production environment or a similar leadership role, for example as an assistant shift manager or team leader.
- You are a people-oriented executive who is communicatively strong and knows how to inspire others.

- You have an affinity for process improvement and want to grow in this area.
- You speak English well; knowledge of or openness to learning Dutch is a plus.
- You are proactive, eager to learn and feel at home in a dynamic, international environment.
What do we offer you?
- A salary between €3,000 and €3,650 per month, depending on experience.
- 18% shift bonus, a fixed 3% year-end bonus and 27 vacation days.
- A work week of 38 hours in three shifts.
