Production Team Leader

Your role as Production Team Leader
As Production Team Leader, you play a key role in the assembly process. You manage a team of (NPI) technicians (6–15 FTE) and form the connecting link between people, processes, and customer demand. You combine coaching leadership with operational responsibility and have a direct impact on your team's productivity.
You ensure that your team performs optimally, monitor quality, costs, and delivery times, and oversee the correct implementation of technical specifications. In addition, you play an active role in new product introductions (NPI) and translate customer needs into concrete actions on the work floor. Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement actions are also part of your daily tasks.
What do you own?
- A completed higher professional education degree and several years of experience in a production or assembly environment (preferably high-tech);
- Management experience in leading teams;
- Experience with Lean or continuous improvement is an advantage;
- You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English;
- You know how to motivate others, encourage ownership, and involve colleagues in improvements.
- You are quality-oriented and have a keen eye for process optimization.
