Supply Chain Planner at Bufab Flos
As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for the entire supply chain within the high-tech manufacturing industry. You manage a process in which components are purchased, processed by multiple suppliers, and ultimately delivered to the end customer. This is a process with significant financial stakes, where precision and a clear overview are essential.
The process is still largely manual today, and that’s where your opportunity lies. Not only will you carry out the work meticulously, but you’ll also actively contribute ideas on how to make it smarter, faster, and more automated. In addition, you’ll play a business-oriented role: you’ll negotiate with suppliers and build long-term partnerships. You have the potential to grow and the ambition to eventually lead the supply chain team independently.
What you can accomplish
- Managing the entire planning process;
- Monitoring KPIs, reporting to stakeholders, and escalating issues when deviations occur;
- Processing purchase and manufacturing orders in the ERP system;
- Actively maintaining relationships with suppliers, including regular visits and business reviews;
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Quality, and Logistics regarding the flow of goods;
- Identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and anticipating inventory issues;
- Initiate and implement process improvements aimed at further automation.

What do you own?
- A college-level education, preferably in supply chain management, (technical) business administration, or a related field;
- Some work experience in supply chain, planning, or an operational role;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management;
- Analytical and meticulous, you will be working with large inventories where precision is essential;
- Commercial acumen: you are confident in conducting supplier meetings on your own;
- Self-motivated and proactive—you don’t wait for instructions but take the initiative yourself;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (required) and English;
