Supply Chain Manager

Would you like to help professionalize and optimize a production environment where craftsmanship, growth, and continuous improvement are key? Do you get energy from structuring, improving processes, and connecting people, systems, and operations? Do you want to make a real impact within an organization where there is still much to be gained and where your ideas don't disappear into a drawer but are actually implemented? Then we have a great challenge for you. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for Senzora in Deventer. This is a key role within the organization, in which you will be responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and future-proofing the supply chain. It is a position with responsibility, influence, and room to build.

Supply Chain Manager at Senzora

As Supply Chain Manager, you will have final responsibility for managing and improving the entire supply chain. You will oversee planning, goods receipt, the warehouse, and shipping. In total, you will manage a team of approximately seven employees.

You ensure calm and structure in daily operations, but also look ahead. Where processes are currently fragmented or dependent on individuals, you bring clarity, clear working methods, and clear agreements. You guarantee quality, product safety, and reliability in the chain and ensure that agreements with internal and external parties are fulfilled.

In addition, you are the driving force behind continuous improvement. You analyze bottlenecks in planning, inventory management, transport, and collaboration with external storage and logistics partners. You take the initiative to design smarter processes, make better use of systems (ERP/WMS), and improve data quality. An affinity with IT and process design is important in this regard.

You will act as a link between production, sales, and logistics. You will lead the monthly supply chain meetings and contribute ideas on forecasting, capacity planning, and growth scenarios. You will also play an active role in collaboration with sales: together, you will look at how Senzora can distinguish itself, for example in terms of delivery times and reliability.
