Logistics Process Coordinator

For Fulfillment Achterhoek we are looking for a Logistics Process Coordinator. You are the key person in the logistics process: you monitor whether everything goes as agreed, identify deviations and make adjustments where necessary. You ensure that everyone is aware of process developments and that improvements are actually implemented.
You also manage team leads and ensure they have the right direction and resources to help their teams perform optimally. You know how to prioritize when it really counts and empower colleagues by providing clarity, confidence and support.
With your analytical skills, you know how to turn management data into concrete insights for the operation. You translate figures into action, so that the people on the floor know exactly where the opportunities lie to perform even better. You also play an important role towards our customers: you manage expectations based on existing processes and agreements made, and ensure that performance matches what has been promised.
Your attention to detail, communication prowess and natural leadership keep the process not only running, but continuously in top shape.
What do you own?
- HBO or wo working and thinking level in the direction of business administration, technical business administration, logistics engineering/management or similar;
- Leadership/coordination experience is a plus;
- You know how to move colleagues and create support for process agreements;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch.
- A structured, pragmatic and hands-on mentality.
