Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator at Maître
As Logistics Coordinator at Maître, you are the linchpin between production, planning, warehouse, and transport. You ensure that goods flows are correct: raw materials and packaging arrive on time and the product leaves the door as agreed. You maintain an overview, identify deviations, and make immediate adjustments when the operation requires it.
Every day, you liaise with internal teams and external parties such as transporters and suppliers. You work with ERP and WMS systems to monitor orders, stock, and progress. You monitor schedules and KPIs, analyze bottlenecks, and translate insights into actions on the floor. If something goes differently than planned, you take charge: you investigate the cause, consult with those involved, and make decisions so that the process can continue smoothly.
In this role, you will also coach and guide your colleagues (and, where appropriate, team leads) in work agreements, priorities, and improvements. You will therefore combine planning and organizing with leadership. You know how to get people on board and motivate them.

What do you own?
- A completed college or university degree in a technical field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Management/Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology or similar;
- Several years of experience in a logistics (coordinating) position;
- Experience in leadership/coaching is an advantage;
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems;
- You are stress-resistant, self-directed, bold, communicative, change-ready and not afraid to make mistakes;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English.

- A gross annual salary that can go up to EUR 50,000
