What will you be doing as an Interim Improvement Consultant?

As an Interim Improvement Consultant you will perform various assignments of a temporary nature. Basically just legal job hopping, in other words. Whether it's leading a project with a specific duration or solving capacity problems, you will face new challenges each time. On average, these assignments last nine months, with a wide variety of clients.

Together with you, we will find the perfect match that matches your expertise. This allows you to explore different positions and companies, discover what you like, what you are good at and what your ideal career path is. Truly customized, tailored to your growth and development.

You get to know yourself (even) better. You discover where your talents and qualities lie. And how you can make the most of them. You will also be trained to become an ASQ-certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt. During this process you will be intensively coached and guided by our Talent Coaches.

And as an interim professional, you will also have a master class in the area of Supply Chain & Operations once every three months. You attend this master class together with all the other interim professionals. This is how you build a network. You learn from each other. And, of course, we have a good time.
