Delivery Planner
Supply chain management is more than just checking off boxes. At JDE Peet’s in Joure, we’re looking for a Delivery Planner who wants to be part of the ongoing effort to improve our supply chain. Someone who is sharp, keeps track of customers, warehouses, and carriers, and truly wants to make an impact.
What you can accomplish
- Ensure the timely delivery of finished and semi-finished products to customers and production sites;
- Preparing and managing weekly loading schedules and coordinating transportation activities;
- Organizing international shipments with the proper customs and export documentation;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation and delivery issues;
- Monitoring inventory levels, inventory age, and warehouse utilization;
- Managing incoming and outgoing flows with co-manufacturing partners;
- Creating and managing SAP orders (ZSTO) and resolving system-related issues;
- Contribute to process improvements to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.

What do you own?
- HBO-level academic and intellectual ability;
- Several years of experience in transportation planning, logistics, customer service, or supply chain;
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a rapidly changing logistics environment;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously;
- You're energetic, take the initiative, and bring a positive energy to the table.
