Customer Service Planner
Would you like to play a key role in a high-tech environment full of complexity and tight deadlines? At Sioux Technologies, you’ll serve as the link between planning, procurement, production, and the customer for the final delivery of complex high-tech systems in the semiconductor industry. It’s a role that offers a great deal of responsibility and freedom, where you’ll learn a lot in a short time and have the opportunity to grow quickly.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Planner, you are responsible for a large part of the end-to-end process surrounding the delivery of complex high-tech systems. Consider, for example, 30 systems, each consisting of 64 modules: this requires precise coordination of procurement, logistics, integration, and delivery. You release production orders to the factory and work closely with the procurement team to ensure that orders can begin without delay.
You are the central link between purchasing, the warehouse, and the factory, and the point of contact for the customer. In this dynamic Agile environment, you’ll report daily on progress to the customer and management. You’ll improve processes and systems, including through an AI dashboard based on real-time ERP data. If the schedule deviates from expectations, you’ll maintain an overview, quickly set priorities, and work with the relevant teams to ensure the deadline is still met.
What you'll be doing:
- Releasing production orders to the factory and maintaining an overview of parts and processes;
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure that the necessary parts are in the warehouse on time;
- Serve as the central point of contact between purchasing, the warehouse, and the factory;
- Improving processes and systems, including a data-driven AI dashboard;
- Report daily to management and the client, and closely monitor escalations and emergency actions.
