In the position of Senior Business Consultant at NextGen, you will be the driving force behind our growth and innovation. You play an essential role in strengthening relationships with current clients and attracting new ones. With your analytical skills and commercial vision, you know how to identify and seize opportunities. You act not only as an advisor, but also as a reliable partner for our clients, supporting them in optimizing their processes and achieving their goals. With your commitment and expertise you will contribute to the success of both NextGen and our clients.
So what are you concerned with?
- Conductingacquisition within various sectors, from pharmaceuticals to automotive. You actively search for new clients and know how to bring them in with your enthusiasm and persuasiveness.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients. You identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants to achieve the best matches. You will be involved in the entire process, from recruitment to placement.
- Conduct evaluations and liaise with clients. You maintain regular contact and ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
- Being present on training days. You ensure that the training days of the groups for which you are responsible run smoothly.
- Generate creative ideas and organize initiatives. You keep an eye on the latest trends and developments within the industry and turn them into commercial opportunities.
What do you own?
- A completed college education;
- You have at least 5 years of commercial experience in job placement;
- You have an affinity for Supply Chain & Operations;
- You have a command of the Dutch and English languages;
- You are entrepreneurial and possess a good dose of persuasion;
- You connect easily and get energy from this;
- You are a team player, enthusiastic and a relationship builder.
