Logistics project manager at DSV
As Logistics Project Manager, you play a key role in the initiation and execution of multidisciplinary projects within the West Netherlands region. You bring structure, overview and focus to a dynamic environment where deadlines, priorities and interests follow each other in rapid succession.
You will be the connecting link between departments such as Customer Service, Operations and Engineering and ensure that projects are not only completed, but deliver lasting value for customers as well as for DSV itself.
Your duties will include:
- Organize and execute projects, such as customer implementations and automation projects.
- Create transparency through clear reports on progress, bottlenecks and risks.
- Analyze and manage risks during the project cycle.
- Coordinate, motivate and guide project teams toward results.
- Continuously improve internal processes to make future projects even more efficient.
Your approach is goal-oriented, structured and communicatively strong. You know how to get people moving, keep an overview and achieve results, always with an eye on quality, cooperation and growth.

- HBO or wo working and thinking level with 3-5 years of experience in logistics project management or engineering.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, systems and methodologies such as Prince2.
- Experience with logistics mechanization projects is a strong plus.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma techniques is a plus;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A structured, pragmatic and hands-on mentality.
