Operations Intelligence Analyst

Operations Intelligence Analyst at Delarange
As Operations Intelligence Analyst, you play an important role in optimizing and supporting our production processes. You will dive into the numbers every day, extract relevant data and translate them into insights that contribute directly to continuous improvement.
In the initial period, the focus is on collecting the right data and setting up clear reports and dashboards. Once the basics are in place, you go a step further: converting the data into concrete improvement proposals for processes and systems. You will ensure that the right KPIs can be used and that production is data-driven.
What will you do?
- Daily review and analysis of production figures, breakdown reports and inventories;
- Signal and report deviations in production KPIs to the production team;
- Participate in the morning meeting and explain your analyses;
- Create, enhance and maintain reports and real-time dashboards;
- Maintain and optimize data processing systems (such as production records, WMS, Sumatra, OEE, Power BI and Bartender);
- Ensure accurate and complete capture of production data;
- Suggest and implement improvements in data recording and production processes;
- Contribute to implementation of new systems;
- Making data-driven improvement proposals and ensuring their implementation.

What do you own?
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably Technical Business Administration (or nearly completed);
- Affinity for data analytics and IT, and interest in production environments;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Exact);
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and data warehouse programs is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
- Communicative strong, analytical and solution-oriented;
- Hands-on mentality, proactive and curious by nature;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written;
- Affinity with the food or cosmetics industry is a plus.
