Teamlead Warehouse at DSV
As Teamlead Warehouse at DSV, you will be responsible for directing and supervising all logistics activities within a given team. You will ensure that time, quality and pre-existing procedures and rules requirements are met.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics. Together with the Customer Service team, you coordinate daily priorities. You coordinate the internal logistics: from scanning, labeling and storing pallets to the correct and complete processing of outbound shipments, including all documentation. Thanks to your accurate administration, everything remains traceable and transparent.
- Process optimization & quality control. You analyze reports on damage or misses and actively think about structural improvements. Do you detect deviations? Then you will immediately raise the alarm with your Supervisor. You also provide input for projects aimed at smarter and more efficient ways of working.
- Operational Management. You divide the work within the team, keep a sharp eye on progress and act as the first point of contact on the floor. In addition, you provide support during appraisals and contribute to the development plans of your colleagues. Together with the Customer Service team you ensure a smooth personnel planning.
- Safety & Performance. Safety and quality are always your top priorities. You oversee compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements, identify malfunctions and ensure that all transport and warehouse equipment is neatly maintained.

What do you own?
- A completed college degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering or similar;
- You preferably have some leadership experience although this is not required;
- You are communicative, strong-willed, like to lead and empower others, a doer and like to be the spider in the web;
- You have a focus on quality and like to think along about optimizing business processes.
What do we offer you?
- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 - €3,300;
- Full-time position;
- Immediate permanent contract;
