Why work through NextGen?

We hear you thinking: why work through a staffing agency? Well, because we are not just another staffing agency. We are much more than that. In addition to your work, we will work with you on your personal and professional development. How? Through our Next Level program.

During this program you will get to know yourself (even) better. You will discover where your talents and qualities lie. But also how you can make the most of them. Of course you do not do this on your own. You follow the Next Level program together with a group of like-minded people. And you will receive intensive coaching and guidance from one of our Talent Coaches, who will be assigned to you from day one. For your professional development, you will work on your LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt. You will go into practical process improvement.

In short, you fill your backpack that will benefit you for life. Sounds good right?
