Recruitment Consultant at NextGen

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the face of NextGen in the job market. You talk to (young) professionals with ambition, find out what drives them and know exactly where they can make the difference. You connect them to our clients and to our NextLevel program, which enables them to grow in their profession and as a person in two years.

You continuously build your network of candidates and think about how we can reach them even better. You interact with colleagues about interesting assignments and also visit clients on location to build lasting relationships. We also give you room to expand your role. If you want to. Think about organizing events, cooperating in marketing or contributing to commerce.

But above all, don't feel any pressure. Keeping focus on recruitment? Absolutely fine. As long as you do what energizes you.

 

What is the common thread in your role?

  • Actively recruit candidates through various channels;
  • Conduct intake interviews and guide professionals through the process;
  • Build and maintain a network within supply chain, operations and business IT;
  • Visit clients for pre-intake interviews of vacancies;
  • Thinking about and contributing to NextGen's visibility;
  • Provide input for process improvements.

What do you own?

  • A completed college degree in HRM, commercial economics or similar and/or you have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience;
  • You have a command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You take initiative and have communication skills;
  • Sincere interest and feeling for people;
  • Team spirit, initiative and drive to develop yourself.

  • A gross monthly salary of €2,900 - €3,750 (based on 40 hours and number of years of relevant work experience);
