Quality Assurance Specialist at Norit
As a QA Specialist, you will be part of the SHEQ team. This team advises and supports the planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of business processes in the areas of quality and environmental management, health protection and occupational safety.
Together, you ensure continuous improvement and assurance of the highest standards within Norit.
What else are you involved in?
- You provide solicited and unsolicited advice based on data analysis to improve site quality performance;
- You will maintain and improve the management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000);
- You will coordinate and prepare the annual management review;
- You will initiate and conduct internal and external audits with colleagues;
- You follow up on complaints and monitor the implementation of preventive measures;
- You will manage quality documentation in ManualMaster;
- You support improvement projects and actively think about optimizations.

What do you own?
- You hold a relevant college degree;
- You have knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, 22000;
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the (process) industry;
- You work independently and show ownership;
- You are results- and solution-oriented;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
