Quality Assurance Officer at Abbott
As a Quality Officer, you will work together with your direct colleague Quality Officers within the Powder production department. Together you support the OG (support group) Powder in the field of quality. The focus of your work will be on analyzing and elaborating quality deviations within the department and recording them using the Abbott quality systems. For each deviation, you ensure that the correct corrective and preventive actions are carried out and documented. In addition, you also play an important role in audits and inspections, for example. You will work closely with your other colleagues in the OG, each with their own expertise in technology, process improvement or food safety. You will also regularly work with process operators who work in the production departments and various quality departments such as QA Operations, QA Inspection and QA Compliance.
What else are you involved in?
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above:
- You act as the first point of contact regarding quality issues and quality issues related to production;
- Review and adjust your documentation to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
- You are responsible for the timely adjustment of documents or the creation of new documents due to changes in processes and working methods;
- Identify your proactive/propose improvement actions to prevent/reduce deviations within your own focus area.

What do you own?
- A completed college education such as food technology, quality management, technical business administration or similar;
- You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
- You have good communication skills, can convince others and take ownership of your work;
- You have a focus on quality and like to think along about optimizing business processes.

- An excellent gross monthly salary that can amount to €4,000 (based on 40 hours);
