Process Engineer at DSV

As a Process Engineer at DSV, you will be at the base of a brand new distribution center. The biggest DSV Solutions has ever built! You will sharply map and organize all processes: efficient, effective and ready for the future. Automation, mechanization and smart technologies? That's what you get excited about!

You are a sparring partner for colleagues and a driving force in improvement projects. You turn ideas into action and ensure that processes not only run, but excel. You work with the latest tools, implement innovations for customers and think about tomorrow's services. Already have experience with automation and/or mechanization? Then that's a big plus!

This is what you will do:

Guide new customers during implementations;
Being a sounding board for colleagues and moving the team forward;
Logistics process design and optimization, from A to Z;
Make smart calculations and sharp cost analyses (e.g. warehouse calculations);
Lead or collaborate on projects yourself, from automation to optimization;
Continuously improve processes both internally and with customers.

All in all, a versatile role in which you make a difference every day. Your biggest challenge? Designing the new distribution center as smartly as possible, with a focus on mechanization and automation.

What do you own?

A completed college or university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Technical Business Administration or similar;
You will have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role, based on your experience the position will be shaped;
You are communicative, customer-oriented, strong-willed, curious, a doer and like to be the spider in the web;
You have a focus on quality and like to think along about optimizing business processes;
You have an affinity for WMS systems and have knowledge of data analysis and logistics processes and systems.

What do we offer you?

A gross monthly salary between €3,000 - €3,700 (tailored to your experience);
Full-time position;
Immediate permanent contract;
24 vacation days and 4 ADV days
8% vacation pay;
€0.23 travel allowance per km
