This role offers you the unique opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and actively contribute to the continuous development of Scania's production processes.

You are responsible for refining the Master Plan (process) in close cooperation with the organization. To this end, you independently lead business studies and support the primary process so that future production needs can take place within the established frameworks.

Your role includes:

Working through NextGen

If you work through NextGen, we invest in you. How. Through our Next Level program. Together with you, we will work on your personal and professional development. Because you enjoy doing your daily work. But you want more! More for yourself. And more for Scania. The Next Level program takes care of that.

During this program you will get to know yourself (even) better. You discover where your talents and qualities lie. And how you can make the most of them. During this process you will be intensively coached and guided by our Talent Coaches. You will also be trained to become an ASQ-certified LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.

Of course, you won't do this alone. Together with a group of NextGen'ers and our Talent Coaches you will put yourself on the map. You build a network. You learn from each other. And we'll have a good time. Sounds good right?
