ERP Process Specialist
Would you like to make your mark at Europe's largest supplier of legwear and accessories? And do you like to combine your love of processes with systems? Then this vacancy at Angro in Schijndel might be the match for you. Angro develops, produces and markets its own collection of legwear and accessories. It also imports and markets fashion products under its own brand or through private labels to retailers, chain stores, web shops and chain stores.
ERP Process Specialist at Angro
As ERP Process Specialist at Angro, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes from a systems engineering standpoint. You are in frequent contact with internal colleagues and find out how current business processes run. With your knowledge of systems and (process) optimization, based on customer needs (your colleagues), you look for opportunities to optimize and efficiently set up both the processes and the system.
What are you concerned with?
As ERP Process Specialist at Angro, you will dive into business processes and discover where things can be done smarter, faster and better. You ensure that processes and systems reinforce each other - with Business Central as your beating heart. You will talk to colleagues from different departments, identify bottlenecks and come up with practical solutions that really work. No thick reports, but tangible improvements that you help implement yourself.
You'll work on projects that matter: from optimizing workflows and customer portals to improving our WMS system, container management and document recognition. In doing so, you combine substantive depth with a hands-on approach. You interact with IT partners, test adjustments thoroughly and ensure that improvements land smoothly in the organization.
What makes this role special? You have one foot in the operation and the other in management. In this way you connect strategy with practice and contribute to processes that really contribute to growth. You ensure more coherence between systems, more grip on data and better cooperation between teams. With your work, you lay a solid foundation under the ambitions of Angro.
Working through NextGen
We hear you thinking: why work through a secondment agency? Well, because we are not just another staffing agency. We are much more than that. In addition to your work, we will work with you on your personal and professional development. How? Through our Next Level program.
During this program you will get to know yourself (even) better. You will discover where your talents and qualities lie. But also how you can make the most of them. And you will receive intensive coaching and guidance from one of our Talent Coaches, who will be assigned to you from day one.
