Trainee Operations Management at CTH
As a Trainee Operations Management, there are three core tasks you will be involved in. You play a critical role in supporting the production processes of natural casings. You act as a troubleshooter to address operational challenges. And you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects to further develop the efficiency and quality of CTH.
Support production
You will work closely with production to support and optimize the process. In doing so, you ensure that demand is met and that work is done efficiently. In your work you identify any bottlenecks and solve them proactively. You work on the basis of data and perform checks.
Troubleshooting
As a troubleshooter, you are the link between different departments and ensure that operational problems are addressed quickly and effectively. You analyze incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. You play an active role in setting up preventive measures to streamline operational processes and minimize any future challenges.
Operationsprojects
You will have the opportunity to participate in various operations projects focused on process improvement, cost optimization and innovations within CTH. You will be engaged in the preparation and execution of project plans. You will coordinate this with COO of CTH. During the projects you monitor progress and keep stakeholders connected. You know where any bottlenecks are and take proactive steps to meet the deadline. You evaluate the results achieved and make recommendations where necessary.
In short; a very challenging position where you will have a lot of responsibility as a Trainee Operations Management.

- You have knowledge of operations;
