When does this privacy statement apply?
This privacy statement applies to all data of stakeholders collected and processed by NextGen. We collect your data from the moment you leave them on our website.
You complete an online form if you apply for a vacancy through the NextGen website. This form asks for your details needed for the application. You can also upload your CV and cover letter. We collect these data in our system. We can also collect personal data through a personal and/or phone interview, through your references, or when provided in writing.
If you have expressed your interest in NextGen, we will store your e-mail address and possibly your telephone number. We will contact you and we will remove your data from our system if it turns out that you are no longer interested in NextGen. If we match and we may have something to offer each other at some point, we will store your data to keep you informed of vacancies that match your wishes and needs.
We can also collect data if you have placed these on a public platform which reveals your potential interest in NextGen and our services. If this is the case, we will contact you and ask you if you are interested in learning more about NextGen and your possibilities. NextGen collects and processes your personal data to provide our services (secondment). More specifically, your data will be processed to:
