Interim professionals and permanent staff

NextGen offers clients the option of permanent employment, with the goal of you taking up employment with the client at a later stage, or a temporary appointment as interim professional

Finding talents who also meet your organisation's wishes in the longer term is NextGen's strength. Since the candidate offers immediate value with a concrete process improvement project, the net investment is very small and is usually recouped in full within one year.

NextGen trains, coaches and intensively mentors the employee during the Next Level programme. NextGen assumes the full risk of the candidate's suitability during the secondment period. If permanent employment follows, the candidate has already proven themselves and they already know the organisation.
Do you need temporary capacity for the management of a project, substitution of an ill employee or at times of peak demand? NextGen deploys interim professionals for assignments at HBO (higher vocational education) and university level of a temporary nature.
